- coordinate with respective departments for manpower requisition process
- screen cvs and conduct preliminary round of interview.
- scheduling interview with operation manager & final round with hr
- salary negotiation

- actively participate in job fair or any other activity/event to attract talent
2) employee communications:
- visit to the store and communicating with frontline sales staff and motivate them to do better.
3) performance evaluation:
- archive sales staff performance and schedule the training with training team.
-emailers and certificates to felicitate star performers
- follow-up with respective hods for completion of annual evaluations as per deadline. filing the data for evaluations
4) employee personal files:
- updating & maintenance of all employee files.
5) exit
conducting and maintaining exit interviews and sharing feedback
desired candidate profile:
- excellent written & oral communication in english & hindi (kannada will be an advantage)
- well versed with ms office applications
