Prototype Development & TestingDevelop and test prototypes to validate designs.Conduct stress analysis, material selection, and performance evaluations.Improve designs based on testing feedback and real-world performance.4. Cost Optimization & Design EfficiencyReduce material waste and improve cost-effectiveness in designs.Implement value engineering principles to enhance performance at lower costs.Ensure standardization of components to reduce production complexity.5. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all designs comply with safety and regulatory standards.Maintain technical documentation, including design reports, risk assessments, and validation protocols.Assist in audits and certifications by providing necessary design documents.6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with production, quality control, and R&D teams.Provide technical support to sales and customer service for design-related queries.Incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.7.
