1. product design & development

design and develop pharma process machinery as per industry requirements.

ensure compliance with international standards (gmp, us fda, eu ema, who).

optimize designs for efficiency, durability, and ease of manufacturing.

2. 3d modeling & cad drafting

create detailed 2d and 3d cad models using software like autocad, solidworks, or creo.

maintain accurate technical drawings and bom (bill of materials).

collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability of designs.

3. prototype development & testing

develop and test prototypes to validate designs.

conduct stress analysis, material selection, and performance evaluations.

improve designs based on testing feedback and real-world performance.

4. cost optimization & design efficiency

reduce material waste and improve cost-effectiveness in designs.

implement value engineering principles to enhance performance at lower costs.

ensure standardization of components to reduce production complexity.

5. compliance & documentation

ensure all designs comply with safety and regulatory standards.

maintain technical documentation, including design reports, risk assessments, and validation protocols.

assist in audits and certifications by providing necessary design documents.

6. collaboration & cross-functional coordination

work closely with production, quality control, and r&d teams.

provide technical support to sales and customer service for design-related queries.

incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.

7. innovation & continuous improvement

research and implement new design techniques and materials.

stay updated with advancements in pharma machinery design.

improve existing machinery based on market demands and technological advancements.
