Job SummaryOversee and lead mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment functionality, managing team assignments, and implementing strategies for efficiency and safety.Job Description: Expertise in all types of aerial work platform and machine lifting equipments. Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair. Ability to work on Engine, transmission, electrical and hydraulics. Coaching and mentoring Mechanic, Electrician and Laborers working in the team. Expert in troubleshooting and overcome the problems occurred. Providing basic knowledge to Operators working on every Machine. Co-ordinating with Vendors and OEM partners for periodic services of machines and for any spares required. Handling of multiple operations at once by providing and managing team at different sites. Providing reports of day-to-day Activities carried out to the higher officials. Maintain Service records for all the vehicles, thereby ensuring periodic Service.Requirement: Mechanical Diploma / Degree Course can apply. 6 to 10 years of Experience Required in the similar Field.
