Located near major power plants in the Yamuna Expressway region, we aim to become the go-to supplier for modern, eco-conscious construction firms.Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our outreach to procurement teams in construction companies and manage relationships with our existing customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Client AcquisitionSchedule 15+ qualified meetings per month with purchase managers, contractors, builders, and procurement heads.Conduct in-person field visits across Greater Noida, YEIDA, and surrounding industrial zones.Account ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.Ensure timely follow-ups, delivery coordination, and reordering support.Collect client feedback and ensure high service satisfaction.CRM & ReportingMaintain up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in Google Sheets or CRM tools.Submit weekly reports to the management team.Ideal Candidate Profile13 years of experience in B2B Sales (building materials, hardware, or FMCG preferred)Strong communication in Hindi; basic English writing skillsComfortable with field work and meeting clients face-to-faceBasic understanding of construction industry preferredOwn two-wheeler is a plusCompensation & IncentivesMonthly Salary: 25,00030,000Performance-Based Incentives: Bonuses for meetings, new accounts, and repeat ordersTravel Reimbursements: As per policyWhy Join Us?Work directly with founders and managementHigh growth potential and visibilityOpportunity to shape sales processes from ground up
