Key Responsibilities:1. Operating CNC Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines: Responsible for setting up and operating CNC VMC machines to produce precision parts as per engineering drawings.2. Tool setting and maintenance: Ensure proper selection, setting, and maintenance of cutting tools to achieve desired machining results.3. Quality control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.4. Machine maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and minimize downtime.5. Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and documentation to track job progress and quality control.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience operating CNC VMC machines is required.2. Education: Minimum educational requirement is 10th pass, with a strong preference for additional technical training or certifications.3. Strong technical skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications, as well as the ability to use measuring tools accurately.4.
