Responsible for recruitment and overall quality system in HR departmentSourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisementScreening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidatesDraft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, policies and other HR related documents.Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance records. Keeping track of employees' attendance / absenteeism and report to the HR Manager.Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees' documents, medical insurance policies, managing Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity and other Labour Laws)Conduct induction program and briefing to new employeeAttending / Understanding employee's grievances in their work engagement level and implementing corrective measures for them.Conducting and encouraging employees towards employee engagement activitiesDelivering timely dashboards.

- Preparation of annexure 1& 3- Preparation of ROC Search Reports- Preparation of Forms & Filing - Downloading of Financial from MCA Portal

Job Role:Verification of correctness of debtors & revenue achieved as per the business model of the company (income recognition as per AS 9), creditors & purchases as per the business model of the company, Physical verification of inventory and valuation as per AS-2- Liaison with bank officials and company officials to resolve queries and observations made by us for smooth conduct of the audit.- Checking of reports for clients generated by auditors. - Banking knowledge, Other Banking Audit Work Good understanding of accounting policies and accounting standards Well versed with auditing techniques Verification of working capital requirement as per projections submitted to the lender (bank/NBFC) and as per historical / present requirement.

DP Calculation / Analysis Checking whether stock statement is properly entered into the system by maker and checker and approve the same in the application/software Ensure quality & timeliness of work Ensuring that all emails are being responded to Studying Memos/ Sanction order and entering the same in application/software Preparation of various MIS and send to our banking clients as and when due.
