We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team. A degree in areas like B.A, B.Com, BDS, Bachelor of Hotel Management, or B.E is important. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for relationship building and effective client engagement. Candidates must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage their time efficiently. A results-oriented mindset, along with analytical skills to assess performance and drive improvement, is essential. Familiarity with sales tools and technology will be a significant advantage.
