The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining ITinfrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting business-critical applications.Key Responsibilities ERP Management Administer and support ERP systems, ensuring smooth functionality and integration withother business applications. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution. Server Administrationo Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.o Monitor server performance, security, and availability.o Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning. Networkingo Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.o Ensure network security, connectivity, and performance optimization.o Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions. Database Administration (MS SQL)o Maintain and optimize SQL databases.o Perform backups, restores, and query optimization.o Ensure database security and integrity. Microsoft Software Licensingo Manage and track Microsoft software licenses.o Ensure compliance with licensing agreements.o Provide recommendations for cost-effective licensing solutions. General IT Support Provide technical support to end-users. Document IT processes, policies, and troubleshooting guides. SBEE Cables manufactures electrical cables of low and medium voltage up to 33 KV to various IS, CE, & UL specifications and range of products include, Single core, Multi core, Control cables, Power cables, Braided cables, Shielded cables, Armoured and unarmoured cables, etc., and special cables to customers specification.Job Description Responsible for complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order booking. Nurturing, building & maintaining relationship with major customers.
