Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with 2 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP

(Manufacturing) systems, server management, networking, Microsoft Server OS, MS SQL, and

Microsoft software licensing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT

infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Management

Administer and support ERP systems, ensuring smooth functionality and integration with

other business applications.

Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Server Administration

o Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.

o Monitor server performance, security, and availability.

o Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.

Networking

o Manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.

o Ensure network security, connectivity, and performance optimization.

o Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions.

Database Administration (MS SQL)

o Maintain and optimize SQL databases.

o Perform backups, restores, and query optimization.

o Ensure database security and integrity.

Microsoft Software Licensing

o Manage and track Microsoft software licenses.

o Ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

o Provide recommendations for cost-effective licensing solutions.

General IT Support

Provide technical support to end-users.

Document IT processes, policies, and troubleshooting guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives.

Qualification : Software / Hardware professionals

Experience (Mandatory) : Minimum 2 3 years experience in ERP Software (Manufacturing)
