FLOOR MANAGER SHOULD HAVE MIN.3-8 YEASRS OF EXPERINECE IN A REATIL OUTLET.Ideally candidate should have experience working in a grocery store, managing team, training of staff, hiring, driving sales, promotions, customer management, merchandising Should have handled a team of Min. 5-10 people at a Team Leader or Asst. Store Manager Level for min 2-3 yearsShould have store operations working knowledgeWould be responsible for Complete Store Management from Driving Sales, operations, customer management, hiring, training and motivating team to achieve Store Targets.

The Candidate should have minimum 1-2 years experience working as a Billing Executive in a Retail outlet preferably in Supermarket else high footfall outlets Should have good oral communication skills Working Knowledge of computers
