FLOOR MANAGER SHOULD HAVE -8 YEASRS OF EXPERINECE IN A REATIL OUTLET.

Ideally candidate should have experience working in a grocery store, managing team, training of staff, hiring, driving sales, promotions, customer management, merchandising

Should have handled a team of Min. 5-10 people at a Team Leader or Asst. Store Manager Level for min 2-3 years

Should have store operations working knowledge

Would be responsible for Complete Store Management from Driving Sales, operations, customer management, hiring, training and motivating team to achieve Store Targets.
