Administering lead generation, tracking information on new projects/opportunities, matching available opportunities in the market with company product portfolio and presenting the same as a profitable business solution. Responsible for management of regional business activities, setting goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives and optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales targets, growth and market share. Achievement against target (SKU wise, Network, Sales Promotion and % of SPA). Appointment of New Channel Partners. The purpose of the role is to implement the Sales and Marketing strategies and programs to achieve Market growth and Sales targets of SBP for all projects, contributing to Brand Building, raising the level of Customer experience and Market expansion for SBP. Regular contact and rapport building with Banks for Project Approvals, facilitation of loans as required by the customers, etc.

Manage and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.Coordinate receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.Ensure proper labeling, packing, and handling of products.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.Oversee loading/unloading activities while ensuring minimal damage.Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation and reports.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.Supervise warehouse staff and assist in training and performance tracking

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP. Prepare and maintain Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit, including application, renewals, and follow-ups with banks. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ensure accurate documentation of all financial transactions. Support in month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Maintain accurate ledgers, invoices, and financial records. Liaise with banks and financial institutions for routine and compliance-related matters

We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Sales team. Shall have proficiency in Microsoft applications such as MS word, Excel, Power point etc. Shall be presentable with good communication and presentation skills. Able to travel minimum 70% of the time across region
