The preferred candidate should have 5+ years experience in a courier and cargo company with Pan India management.The candidate will be responsible for overseeing:1. all human resources functions and general administrative tasks2. ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization. 3. recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, policy implementation, and compliance. The candidate should manage office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships, ensuring a productive and legally compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: 1. Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees. 2. Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.3. Overseeing performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans.4. Administering payroll, managing employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.), and ensuring compliance with labor laws regarding compensation.5. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.6. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.7. Maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.8. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.Administration:1. Overseeing daily office operations, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, and office supplies.2. Managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.3. Managing the HR and administrative budget.4. Maintaining and organizing HR and administrative documents, both physical and digital.5. Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR and administrative matters. 6. Coordinating travel arrangements and organizing company events.Will also be involved in managing logistics-related administrative tasks, such as tracking vehicle maintenance, managing driver schedules, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. Will be involved in managing employee training related to safety procedures and regulations specific to the courier and cargo industry. Key Skills:Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. 1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. 2. Proficiency in HR and other relevant software. 3.
