Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Corrective Maintenance: Responding to breakdowns and malfunctions, diagnosing problems, and scheduling necessary repairs. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices. Team Management: Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring effective communication. Cost Optimization: Exploring and implementing cost-saving measures, such as energy efficiency improvements and optimized maintenance strategies. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
