Key Responsibilities Prospect new business opportunities for our SaaS products like CRM Software mobile app. Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successfulpartnerships. Develop quotes and proposals for clients. Provide an outstanding follow-up and overallprocess experience. Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision supportanalytics and new business leads. Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team and increase the sales of Sankar Tech Solutionstools. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure itsstrong presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them andunderstanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitionstatus Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and othersources for sales leads Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end usersand channelsQualification Masters in Business Administration (Management, Marketing, Finance, other)Work Experiences & Skills Required 5+ Years of Relevant experience as a BDM or Sales Manager. Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base. Working knowledge of computer applications such asMicrosoft Office and Salesforce.com and Familiarity with Photoshop, HTML, CSS
