The Canteen Manager will:- hold appropriate qualifications and/or have the skills and knowledge through experience in similarpositions, ideally in a school environment- demonstrate high levels of personal integrity and professionalism- have demonstrated ability to lead, plan, organise and control the day-to-day operations of acanteen.- have demonstrated ability to build moral, motivate and generally relate well to students, otherstaff and the community- have up-to-date knowledge of, and experience with, food handling and food safety guidelines andrequirements- be innovative and open to applying sustainable practices in delivering the canteen.- be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
