Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Sales Executive with 45 years of proven success in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably in companies operating as system integrators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and account management. The role demands deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise software products.Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with corporate and enterprise clients. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals. Understand client IT requirements and align them with tailored solutions including system integration, cloud, and infrastructure services. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, solution demos, and RFP. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design custom solutions and proposals. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain detailed CRM records of sales activities and pipeline progress. Foster long-term relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 45 years of hands-on experience in IT sales, preferably with a system integrator or IT services firm. Demonstrated ability to handle the complete sales cycle independently. Strong understanding of IT solutions including system integration, networking, cloud computing, and software applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
