The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth, building partnerships, and supporting community outreach initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new members for the organization.Conduct field visits across assigned areas (Pune & PCMC).Build and maintain strong relationships with communities, farmers, and partner institutions.Promote annual membership plans and ensure monthly registration targets.Manage outreach, awareness activities, and local networking.Prepare daily reports and updates on fieldwork and conversions.Coordinate with internal teams for member onboarding and support.QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).12 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or team management.Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.Interest and comfort in fieldwork.Ability to meet monthly targets and work independently.Salary & BenefitsPackage starting from 5 LPA, based on experience.Opportunity to work with a government-approved Section 8 organization.Growth opportunities in business development and management roles.
