key responsibilities
identify and acquire new members for the organization.
conduct field visits across assigned areas (pune & pcmc).
build and maintain strong relationships with communities, farmers, and partner institutions.
promote annual membership plans and ensure monthly registration targets.
manage outreach, awareness activities, and local networking.
prepare daily reports and updates on fieldwork and conversions.
coordinate with internal teams for member onboarding and support.
qualifications
graduate in any discipline (mba/bba preferred).
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or team management.
strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
interest and comfort in fieldwork.
ability to meet monthly targets and work independently.
