We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team in Verna. In this full-time role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and play a key part in the manufacturing process.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Operate Machinery:** You will be responsible for running and monitoring production machines, ensuring they work smoothly and efficiently.- **Quality Control:** Regularly check the quality of products during production to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.- **Maintain Equipment:** Perform basic maintenance on production machines to keep them in good working condition and report any issues to supervisors.- **Follow Safety Protocols:** Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.- **Assist Team Members:** Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to meet production targets and goals.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Educational Background:** Completion of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in a relevant field is essential.- **Attention to Detail:** Must pay close attention to detail to ensure product quality and identify any issues promptly.- **Technical Skills:** Basic understanding of machinery and how it operates is important. Ability to troubleshoot minor issues is a plus.- **Team Player:** Must be able to work well with others and communicate effectively within a team environment.- **Willingness to Learn:** Open to receiving training and improving skills to adapt to new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
