Face-to-Face For Production Operator Jobs (Freshers)

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team in Verna. In this full-time role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and play a key part in the manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Educational Background:** Completion of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in a relevant field is essential.

- **Attention to Detail:** Must pay close attention to detail to ensure product quality and identify any issues promptly.

- **Technical Skills:** Basic understanding of machinery and how it operates is important. Ability to troubleshoot minor issues is a plus.

- **Team Player:** Must be able to work well with others and communicate effectively within a team environment.

- **Willingness to Learn:** Open to receiving training and improving skills to adapt to new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
