Roles and Responsibilities Support Research activity related to marketing plans and business agenda. Prepare, plan, develop, and implement action plans for marketing and sales objectives. Monitor the marketing & communication strategy plans, budgets, timelines etc. for the organization. Competitive analysis and formulation of strategies to meet the competitive challenge. Analysis of market information, achieving industrial benchmarks. Responsible for sales activities Responsible for meeting set sales targets Primarily will be engaged in field sales i.e. daily visits to customers for generation of enquiries Preparation, submission and follow up of techno-commercial offers to the customers with an application of Prospect Qualification (PQS) Visits to customers for follow up of enquiries and conversion into business / orders Wii actively participates in negotiations / finalizations Shall prepare profit & loss statement for order acceptance Shall be responsible for preparation of Order Transfer Documents (OTD) with all necessary technical inputs Co-ordination with operation team for post order activities like drawing approvals, amendments/ inspection /dispatch clearance and any other compliance till closure of the order Responsible for recoveries including all relevant taxation forms / documents Shall religiously prepare and submit weekly reports for sales visits Shall attend weekly, monthly & quarterly sales meeting and reviews Preparation of offers in ERP systems Shall religiously follow Core Values and Core Purpose of the company
