Qualify inquiries consistently exceed monthly site walk-in targets Document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures, particularly in ERP software Recognize competition, document, and notify management of trends in customer product / market sentiments Follow up with pipeline based on intelligence Post Sales Collection follow-up and documentation process
