- Provide project based Citrix NetScaler technology directions, support and application guidance for proper load balancing.- Install, Configure and Manage Citrix NetScaler.- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to NetScaler.- Handle incidents on case-by-case basis.- Coordinate with different vendors and team members related to project requirements and any issue.- Find out RCA of major issues.- Coordinate with different Service providers related to project tasks.- Experienced in change management process and raising changes for any project related tasks.- Responsible for upgrading firmware of NetScaler devices as per Citrix recommendation.- Create NetScaler resource utilization report and share/discuss with team and management.- Implement best practices.- Monitor all NetScaler devices.- Create/Amend/Edit/Delete Custom Configuration related to virtual server, certificate, Policy settings, etc.- Handle incident cases based on ITIL process.

.Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks Troubleshooting customer reported problems Remote support and On-site support. Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps. Installation of OS and software. Providing training to the customer on software and solutions. Product demonstration to customers.Two wheeler is must for this job,3 months training provided.Looking for people who is willing to do field work.

Responding to client support requests.Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.Traveling to the clients location or connecting via a remote link.Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.Advising on software or hardware upgrades.Completing job reports and ordering supplies.Pls Note:Two wheeler is must for this job.Travelling allowance will be provided
