Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage B2B relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners in assigned regions.Regularly travel (1015 days/month) to expand market reach and boost sales performance.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and on-ground execution.Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.Prepare and present sales reports to management with actionable insights.Ensure timely follow-ups, order collection, and customer satisfaction.Key Requirements:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile accessories and batteries.Willingness and ability to travel extensively (1015 days/month).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong time management and planning abilities.Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.Minimum education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).Preferred Candidates:Prior experience in the mobile accessories or battery industry will be given higher priority.Candidates with a strong distributor network and on-field sales experience are preferred.
