Key Responsibilities:1. Source candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to find potential candidates for open positions.2. Screen resumes: Review applicants' resumes and assess their qualifications and experience to determine if they meet the requirements of the position.3. Conduct interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, personality fit, and overall suitability for the role.4. Coordinate hiring process: Work closely with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding process for new hires.5. Maintain candidate database: Keep track of candidate information, feedback, and communication to ensure a smooth recruitment process.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field: A degree in HR, business, or related field is preferred for this role.2. Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.3. Experience in talent acquisition: 4-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role is required.4. Attention to detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.5. Team player: Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a successful recruitment process.
