Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve chit subscription targets.Identify and explore new markets and segments for business expansion.Monitor competition and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.2. Team Leadership & ManagementRecruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives, agents, and branch sales officers.Set monthly/quarterly targets and review team performance regularly.Motivate and retain high-performing sales staff.3. Business DevelopmentBuild a strong network of agents and channel partners.Establish relationships with potential customers, groups, and business communities.Drive group formation activities and mass subscription initiatives.4. Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.Address grievances and resolve customer issues related to sales.5. Compliance & ReportingEnsure sales processes comply with chit fund regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer interactions, and team performance.Present weekly/monthly sales MIS to top management.6. Branding & PromotionsPlan and supervise promotional campaigns, events, and roadshows.Liaise with marketing team for local advertisements and digital marketing efforts.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team-building abilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven and customer-focusedIn-depth knowledge of chit fund business or financial productsFamiliarity with regulatory norms of chit fund operations
