Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve chit subscription targets.
Identify and explore new markets and segments for business expansion.
Monitor competition and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives, agents, and branch sales officers.
Set monthly/quarterly targets and review team performance regularly.
Motivate and retain high-performing sales staff.
3. Business Development
Build a strong network of agents and channel partners.
Establish relationships with potential customers, groups, and business communities.
Drive group formation activities and mass subscription initiatives.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.
Address grievances and resolve customer issues related to sales.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure sales processes comply with chit fund regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer interactions, and team performance.
Present weekly/monthly sales MIS to top management.
6. Branding & Promotions
Plan and supervise promotional campaigns, events, and roadshows.
Liaise with marketing team for local advertisements and digital marketing efforts.
