Job Description: Prepare & maintain accurate Book Keeping for all our clients in India & US Verify, post & manage all accounting transactions Prepare Financial Statements Preparation & filling of statutory compliances (Direct & Indirect Tax) Checking Vendor Payments & Third-Party ledger reconciliation Complete time-sheet daily Ensure clients consistency in accounting is in line with our service standards Develop an in-depth knowledge of all clients financial situations Maintain current and accurate files, records and notes of any actionsJob Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping & finalization of accounts Knowledge of basic financial, tax and accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new systems Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally Adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of US Accounting (Preferred) Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently
