• prepare & maintain accurate book keeping for all our clients in india & us
· verify, post & manage all accounting transactions
• prepare financial statements
• preparation & filling of statutory compliances (direct & indirect tax)
· checking vendor payments & third-party ledger reconciliation
• complete time-sheet daily
• ensure clients consistency in accounting is in line with our service standards
• develop an in-depth knowledge of all client’s financial situations
• maintain current and accurate files, records and notes of any actions
job requirements:
• proven experience in bookkeeping & finalization of accounts
· knowledge of basic financial, tax and accounting principles
• proficient in microsoft office with aptitude to learn new systems
· hands-on experience with accounting software like tally
• adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills (written and verbal)
• knowledge of us accounting (preferred)
• excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to work as part of a team and independently
