The Senior Architect will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative, and compliant architectural solutions while managing client relationships, project timelines, and multidisciplinary coordination from concept to completion.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design development from concept through construction documentation Oversee multiple projects and ensure design excellence, quality, and consistency Manage client interactions, presentations, and approvals Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interiors) Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Guide and mentor junior architects and designers Conduct site visits and resolve complex construction and design issues Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Incorporate sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions________________________________________Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Registered/Licensed Architect 5+ years of professional architectural experience Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills________________________________________Preferred Skills Experience in team leadership and mentoring Strong project management and client-handling abilities Knowledge of sustainable design standards (LEED, IGBC, or equivalent) Ability to work across multiple project types (residential, commercial, institutional)________________________________________Soft Skills Strategic thinking and design leadership Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines Collaborative and client-focused approach________________________________________What We Offer Competitive compensation package Leadership growth and career advancement opportunities Dynamic, collaborative work culture Exposure to high-profile and challenging projects.
