Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead architectural design, oversee complex projects, and mentor junior team members. The Senior Architect will be responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative, and compliant architectural solutions while managing client relationships, project timelines, and multidisciplinary coordination from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept through construction documentation

• Oversee multiple projects and ensure design excellence, quality, and consistency

• Manage client interactions, presentations, and approvals

• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, interiors)

• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements

• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

• Guide and mentor junior architects and designers

• Conduct site visits and resolve complex construction and design issues

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Incorporate sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

• Registered/Licensed Architect

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience

• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials

• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
