Our story begun in 2018, when we got an opportunity to supply cookies to a school. We found that cookies available in the market were not interesting - standard varieties tainted with artificial flavours, colors and preservatives. After 100s of trials over sleepless nights, Ricky's was born in December 2018. Having worked with several Michelin star chefs in Paris, Ricky's was meant to have a twist.
