About the RoleThe Marketing Executive Trainee will support awareness, outreach, and partnership activities for Oral Cancer, Breast Cancer, Cervical Cancer, and NCD screening initiatives under the integrated preventive healthcare ecosystem of Reseapro Health.The role involves field marketing, doctor engagement, hospital coordination, screening camp support, community awareness activities, and digital outreach across Odisha.Key Job Responsibilities1. Doctor & Hospital Outreach Visit dental clinics, ENT clinics, Gynecology clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres. Introduce cancer screening services and awareness initiatives. Share screening leaflets, posters, and educational materials. Build relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and healthcare staff. Coordinate referral partnerships for screening programs.2. Cancer Screening Awareness Activities Support oral, breast, and cervical cancer awareness campaigns. Participate in health camps, awareness drives, and preventive healthcare programs. Educate communities regarding early detection and screening importance. Assist in mobilizing patients for screening camps.3. Field Marketing & Community Engagement Conduct field visits in urban and rural areas across Odisha. Coordinate with NGOs, ASHA workers, SHGs, Panchayats, and community leaders. Promote awareness through IEC material distribution. Support awareness activities in schools, colleges, corporates, and industries.4. Screening Camp Coordination Assist in organizing screening camps and healthcare outreach events. Coordinate registrations and participant flow. Support setup of banners, standees, and awareness counters. Maintain camp activity records and attendance reports.5. Digital & Social Media Promotion Share awareness content through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Assist in creating awareness posts, reels, and event updates. Support online promotion of screening camps and awareness activities. Coordinate photography and documentation during events.6. Awareness Material Distribution Distribute:o Oral cancer screening leafletso Breast cancer awareness materialso Screening brochureso Posters and standees Ensure display of awareness materials in clinics and hospitals.7. Patient Support & Coordination at Palasuni Clinic Will coordinate as Patient relationship Executive for clinic. Guide patients regarding screening procedures. Help coordinate referrals for suspected cases. Proposed Eligibility Criteria:1. Educational QualificationGNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institutionValid State Nursing Council registration (mandatory)Preference will be given to candidates with training in oncology, community health, or screening programs2. Experience RequirementsMinimum 13 years of clinical or community health experiencePrior involvement in cancer screening programs (cervical/oral/breast) will be an added advantageExperience in patient counselling, sample collection, and field outreach preferred3.
