Nursing from a recognized institutionValid State Nursing Council registration (mandatory)Preference will be given to candidates with training in oncology, community health, or screening programs2. Experience RequirementsMinimum 13 years of clinical or community health experiencePrior involvement in cancer screening programs (cervical/oral/breast) will be an added advantageExperience in patient counselling, sample collection, and field outreach preferred3. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation of cancer screening activitiesConduct patient preparation, counselling, and documentationAssist in operation of screening devices and sample handlingCoordinate with field teams and maintain reporting recordsSupport community outreach and awareness activities as required4. Other RequirementsWillingness to travel for field-based screening campsBasic computer knowledge for data entry and reportingGood communication skills in local language(s), Hindi and EnglishImmediate or short-notice joining preferred
