Staff Nurse Fresher

Proposed Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification

GNM / . Nursing from a recognized institution

Valid State Nursing Council registration (mandatory)

Preference will be given to candidates with training in oncology, community health, or screening programs

2. Experience Requirements

Minimum 13 years of clinical or community health experience

Prior involvement in cancer screening programs (cervical/oral/breast) will be an added advantage

Experience in patient counselling, sample collection, and field outreach preferred

3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

Support implementation of cancer screening activities

Conduct patient preparation, counselling, and documentation

Assist in operation of screening devices and sample handling

Coordinate with field teams and maintain reporting records

Support community outreach and awareness activities as required

4. Other Requirements

Willingness to travel for field-based screening camps

Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting

Good communication skills in local language(s), Hindi and English

Immediate or short-notice joining preferred
