Job descriptionWe are looking for a young, energetic, organized, analytical, result-oriented individual who can work and meet deadlines in our medical device manufacturing company.Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1 Year of experience in Accounts department in manufacturing industry with hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9, GST, TDS and MS Excel.Education: B. Com.(minimum)Gender: FemaleJob Responsibilities:1. Handling Day-to Day Accounting and Book-keeping2. Preparation & Maintenance of all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments3. Calculation & Deduction of TDS in Vendor payments4. Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Payment Follow-up and Collection5. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors6. Preparation of Purchase Orders and planning payment to vendors7. Physical Stock Keeping and monthly store reconciliation

Demonstrate good communication Possess capability to work independently. Have flair for travel and be passionate to take up career in Sales & Marketing Good analytical and negotiating skills Target Oriented and commitment to completion of tasks Be hungry to earn sales target incentives on monthly basisJOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BRIEF DESCRIPTION): Possess sound product knowledge and perform systematic promotion of products Identify and build strong relationship with all surgeons Ensuring product availability at hospitals/pharmacies Ensuring prompt servicing of orders Meet sales target both in terms of value and volume Monitoring and reporting of competitor activity Appointment of distributors and payment follow-up Collection of secondary sales and stock statement from all distributors Ensuring liquidation of stocks Attending sales meetings with managers at HO for periodical sales data analysis
