JD:-Tele sales Executive Responsibilities: 1.Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. 2. Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders. 3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly. 4.Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. 5.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. 6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. 7.Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. 8.Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. 9.Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. - Collect and tag specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisition- Develop effective collection techniques as they relate to groups such as pediatric andgeriatric patients.- Properly package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to thelaboratory on time or Handover to runner on the time.- Maintain an organized and clean work area based on state health laws and theguidelines of our medical organization- Answer patient questions regarding collection techniques and offer additional resourceson the collection process if a patient requests them- Must know about proper disposable of Biomedical Waste Management- Should know about Pre-analytical error and how its prevent.- Should know about Complication management- Should Know about spill Management- Able to collect both Method Close system(Vacutainer) and Open System(Syringe)Eligibility Criteria/ Qualification:Phlebotomist qualifications and skills- Education, previous job experience, certifications and technical skills.- Should also include soft skills and personality traits that you expect from a successfulcandidate.
