Summary:We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef specialising in Tandoor cuisine to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This permanent, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant kitchen environment.Responsibilities:-Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, with a focus on Tandoor specialities.-Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained.-Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.-Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.-Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Tandoor cooking techniques and best practices.-Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.-Assist in the planning and execution of special events and catering services.Qualifications:-Proven experience as an Indian Chef, with a focus on Tandoor cuisine.-Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification in cooking.-Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.-Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation.-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.This role is based in Singapore.
