We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef specialising in Tandoor cuisine to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, with a focus on Tandoor specialities.
-Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
-Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
-Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Tandoor cooking techniques and best practices.
-Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Assist in the planning and execution of special events and catering services.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Indian Chef, with a focus on Tandoor cuisine.
-Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification in cooking.
-Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
