Administrative and Secretarial supportOther Skills:-Standard reporting; maintaining balance sheet of Company and Owner.-Minutes of meeting.-Maintain Diary of MD and organize his Travel and other related arrangements.-Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the MD-Organization and Planning- Able to Organize or Schedule tasks.-MIS: Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly MIS to Give brief details about the structure and work of the MD and Organization.-Collecting and Compiling Reports and make Analysis Reports.-Coordinate with each and every Department to get the work done in presence and absence of MD. -Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the MD- Other operational activities etc.
