-Standard reporting; maintaining balance sheet of Company and Owner.
-Minutes of meeting.
-Maintain Diary of MD and organize his Travel and other related arrangements.
-Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the MD
-Organization and Planning- Able to Organize or Schedule tasks.
-MIS: Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly MIS to Give brief details about the structure and work of the MD and Organization.
-Collecting and Compiling Reports and make Analysis Reports.
-Coordinate with each and every Department to get the work done in presence and absence of MD.
-Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the MD
- Other operational activities etc.
