The IT Training Talent Acquisition Specialist Would be Responsible to Interact with Sales team to understand the Client IT / Technology Training needs Quick research on the Technology and build a strategy to acquire best Trainer/Consultanttodeliver the Technology Training Program. Identify the Consultant/ Freelance Trainer / Working Professionals & Expert in Delivering theShort term Training programs within the defined TAT from variousJobportals andProfessional Social networking sites. Engage with the Trainer/ consultant to assess them on various parameters (Technical,Behavioural, Training Experience, etc.), and extract information and relevant Data for thedecision-making process. Negotiate with the Trainer/Consultant as per the allocated budget. Identifying Back-up Trainer/Consultant for each training program to avoid cancellationand seamless delivery. Coordinating with sales or delivery team for the Technical evaluation call with the clientSME and finalization of Training program. Creating the Database/Pool of IT /Technology Consultants and Trainers on regular basis. Building a strong relationship with the Trainers/ Facilitators/Consultants.

The Operation Executive Professional Would be Responsible to- Researching, Planning & Executing internal (Organizational) and external (Client) projectssuccessfully within the stipulated time period. Pro-actively analyze the project challenges and address them effectively and efficiently. Setting up client meetings, engaging effective parties, preparing MOM and follow up withthe parties to ensure timely response on client needs. Rigorously follow up (Call, message etc.) With Internal (Acquisition, Sales , finance etc.) andexternal (Client, trainers, lab providers etc. ) resources for successful execution of Trainingprograms/ client deliverables. Defining, Designing & fine tuning processes for seamless coordination within different teams(Internal & External) and execution of projects. Ensuring Zero complaints or escalation from the client. Continuously Engaging in Introspecting & Improvising the processes, quality of deliverables /Client projects. Leading and managing the team of Interns and other freelance resources to achieve desireresults within the defined time period.
