The IT Training Talent Acquisition Specialist Would be Responsible to
ï‚· Interact with Sales team to understand the Client IT / Technology Training needs
ï‚· Quick research on the Technology and build a strategy to acquire best Trainer/Consultantto
deliver the Technology Training Program.
ï‚· Identify the Consultant/ Freelance Trainer / Working Professionals & Expert in Delivering the
Short – term Training programs within the defined TAT from variousJobportals and
Professional Social networking sites.
ï‚· Engage with the Trainer/ consultant to assess them on various parameters (Technical,
Behavioural, Training Experience, etc.), and extract information and relevant Data for the
decision-making process.
ï‚· Negotiate with the Trainer/Consultant as per the allocated budget.
ï‚· Identifying Back-up Trainer/Consultant for each training program to avoid cancellationand
seamless delivery.
ï‚· Coordinating with sales or delivery team for the “Technical evaluation call with the clientSMEâ€
and finalization of Training program.
ï‚· Creating the Database/Pool of IT /Technology Consultants and Trainers on regular basis.
ï‚· Building a strong relationship with the Trainers/ Facilitators/Consultants.
