The role demands strong communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills to achieve monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through online platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and cold calling.Handle client inquiries and provide information about project features, pricing, and payment plans.Schedule and conduct site visits with potential customers.Maintain client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records.Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and documentation completion.Key Skills Required:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Good knowledge of real estate trends and local market.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).Educational Qualification:Graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).Salary:Fixed + Attractive Incentives (based on performance).
