Role & Responsibility:The role requires the candidate to make calls to companies and extract email address and details of the Admin / Facility Heads. Target Based: Daily 75 contacts need to be extracted. If target exceeded, good incentives as well. Send Email to clients. Maintain Data properly in Google Sheet / Excel. If the candidate is productive, Work from Home is also an open option.
JOB DESCRIPTION: CORPORATE SALES MANAGER JOB LOCATION: MUMBAI (Candidates Only from Mumbai to Apply)ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :- Generating leads and prospects.- Develop new business relationships & generating Revenue.- Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects.- Meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management deals.- Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned region.- Closely track Competition activity.- Renewal of existing Accounts Strategy, Business Plan & Road map.- Ensure Sales process discipline for self.- Ensure timely targets achievement & submission of all MIS reports.REQUIRED SKILLS:- Prior experience into facility or security industry would be preferred.- Strong sales discipline and business planning skills.- Strong Networking with local B2B clients in the region.- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing Large value deals with B2B clients.- A Go getter attitude and who can lead by an example.- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.SALARY:Up to Rs. 5,00,000 p.a. (depending upon experience and profile)
