Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound/inbound calls to potential real estate clientsGenerate and qualify leads from property portals, campaigns, and databasesExplain property details, pricing, offers, and project benefitsSchedule site visits and coordinate with sales/site teamsFollow up with leads regularly to close dealsMaintain accurate customer data in CRMHandle customer queries and objections professionallyMeet daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsBuild long-term relationships with clients Required SkillsStrong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)Convincing and negotiation abilitiesCustomer-focused attitudeBasic knowledge of real estate is a plusAbility to work under targets and pressureGood follow-up and relationship managementCRM or telecalling experience preferred QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferredFresher or experienced candidates can applyExperience in real estate or telesales is an advantage
