📝 Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Telesales Executive who can generate leads, connect with potential property buyers, pitch real estate projects, and convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound calls to potential real estate clients
Generate and qualify leads from property portals, campaigns, and databases
Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project benefits
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales/site teams
Follow up with leads regularly to close deals
Maintain accurate customer data in CRM
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients
🧠 Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Good follow-up and relationship management
CRM or telecalling experience preferred
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
