Manage empanelment of hospitals with TPAs, insurance companies, corporates, and government schemes. Coordinate and ensure timely submission, follow-up, and closure of empanelment applications. Act as a single point of contact between client hospitals and external stakeholders (TPAs, insurers, regulators). Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Track and update empanelment status, renewals, and compliance timelines. Support hospitals in meeting accreditation-related requirements for empanelment. Resolve client queries, escalations, and operational issues related to empanelment and accreditation. Maintain accurate documentation, MIS, and reporting for management review. Coordinate with internal quality, accreditation, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and confidentiality requirements.

Assisting hospitals in implementing and maintaining NABH/NABL accreditation standards. Conducting internal audits, gap assessments, and quality improvement training sessions. Developing and reviewing hospital policies, SOPs, and quality manuals. Guiding clinical and administrative teams to achieve compliance with accreditation standards. Supporting documentation, reporting, and quality monitoring activities. Coordinating with clients for smooth projects execution.

Provide direction and mentoring to the Quality & Accreditation project teams. Develop training modules and conduct regular training/awareness sessions (online & onsite). Support client hospitals in implementing accreditation, quality standards, SOPs, audits and documentation practices. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Implement and monitor Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) programs as per NABH standards.Develop, review, and update infection control policies, SOPs, and manuals.Conduct Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA) and gap analysis for accreditation readiness.Perform surveillance of Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) and analyse infection trends.Ensure compliance with biomedical waste management (BMW), CSSD, housekeeping, and laundry protocols.Coordinate with Infection Control Committee (ICC) meetings and maintain documentation.Train hospital staff (clinical & non-clinical) on infection control practices and NABH requirements.Support hospitals during internal audits, mock drills, and external accreditation assessments.Assist in preparation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Maintain records related to infection control indicators, audits, and reports.Coordinate with quality managers and consultants for overall accreditation compliance.
