Shift: 24/7 Job Description: We are looking for IT Service Management (ITSM) Managers to oversee and improve our IT service delivery and support. You will manage a team and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management with exposure in JAVA, MySQL DB, SQL Queries & ITIL ITIL certification preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in managing IT service desk operations. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee IT service delivery and support. Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Develop and implement ITSM policies, processes, and procedures. Monitor and report on service performance metrics. Lead and manage a team of IT service desk professionals. Coordinate with other IT departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Roles and Responsibilities : Identifying Commercial properties available for rent, lease, or development. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify ongoing projects. Utilize online databases, real estate listings, and networking channels to discover off-market opportunities. Analyze property data, including location, demographics, zoning regulations, and market trends, to assess investment potential. Conduct site visits and property inspections to evaluate physical condition, suitability for redevelopment, and investment risks. Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, analysts, and legal counsel, to evaluate property viability and negotiate deals. Prepare detailed property reports, including financial projections, risk assessments, and investment recommendations, for review by senior management. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging market trends, and regulatory changes that may impact property values and investment decisions.Ideal Candidate Requirements : Proven experience in real estate, premises acquisition and property consulting. Candidates should have geographical knowledge of Chennai - All areas. Strong connects with local real estate brokers and property consultants. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics, property valuation methods, and legal requirements. This role involves travelling on a daily basis. Candidate must have Two - Wheeler with valid driving license.
